1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Domestic & International Shipping Timeframes To ensure the best balance of speed and tracking reliability, we partner with premium global fulfillment networks to ship our products directly to your doorstep. Our estimated delivery windows are as follows:

3. Shipping Rates
- We offer Free Tracked Shipping on all orders worldwide.
- Shipping charges for any premium express upgrades will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order: As soon as your package leaves the fulfillment center, an automated email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link will be sent to you. You can monitor your shipment's journey at any time. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's network.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: GearLyft is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, or if a package is significantly delayed past our estimated window, please contact our support team immediately at info@gearlyft.com with your order number. We will work directly with the courier logistics team to arrange a swift replacement or solution.
